For return authorization, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Item(s) must be in new unused condition with all retail packaging. For exchanges, we will ship your exchange back to you at no additional charge (shipping is not covered for international exchanges). Clearance items are a great deal and as such are exchange only. We do not cover any shipping for clearance exchanges. Refunds will be given in form of original payment for purchase price only (shipping and insurance not refunded). Any items not returned as part of kits or packages will be considered a retail purchase and will be deducted from original amount of your order. Return policy does not apply to bulk and special orders.If the return has not been pre-authorized or is not in original condition with all retail packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, so contact us, include the invoice/return form, and package the item safely.
